How to take

Mix one scoop with 8-12 fl. oz. of water, milk, or fruit juice. Consume Casein immediately before bed and in between meals when slow digesting protein delivery is required. For best results try combining Casein with a “faster” protein like 100% Lean Whey Complex or 100% Hydrolyzed Isolate. Take Casein immediately before bed and Lean Whey Complex or Isolate before and immediately after workouts for maximum effectiveness.
