• Narlabsthailand will deliver product within the condition that indicated in the description including Expiry Date that
  will be shown in each SKU.
• After placing order, We assume that customer checked the order detail already.
• When the payment is done we will process into the Delivery Method

When shipment arrived . . Please re-check the products.

The shipment is correct?
The shipment is in the good condition?

Customer can return or refund by following

1. The product was opened, damaged in transit.
2. The product being manufacturing defected. *return for recheck*
Customer can inform us for the returnwithin 7 daysafter transit.

We could not return/refund by following

Purchasing the damage/clearance product that fully indicated in the promotion.
